VAULT is a subscription-based inventory management and marketplace integration service. Users can manage product data and perform marketplace-related actions through VAULT.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use VAULT.
• By registering, you represent that all information you submit is accurate and truthful.

• Users must create an account by providing a valid name, email address, and payment information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• VAULT charges a monthly subscription fee for its services.
• Payment details provided during registration will be used to process recurring subscription charges.
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise stated in a written agreement.

• You agree not to use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent activities, including posting or disseminating content that is fraudulent, illegal, or violates third-party rights.
• You are solely responsible for all content (including product data) you submit or publish via VAULT. VAULT disclaims any responsibility for losses or damages arising from inaccurate or fraudulent data submitted by users.

• You retain any rights you hold in the content you submit through the Service.
• By uploading or publishing content on VAULT, you grant VAULT the right to store and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

• You may terminate your account at any time by emailing [email protected].
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
• Users’ data remains accessible until the account is terminated; once terminated, your data may be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our policies.

• VAULT (and its licensors, where applicable) retains all rights to its trademarks, logos, and software.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of VAULT’s software.
• You may not resell, license, or otherwise commercialize the Service or any of its components without prior written consent.
• You may not use VAULT’s trademarks or logos without prior written consent.

• VAULT is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from user-submitted data, including any fraudulent or inaccurate information.
• You acknowledge that use of the Service involves risks, and VAULT bears no responsibility for monetary losses stemming from user actions or omissions.

• We may add, remove, or modify features or functionality at any time without prior notice.
• If we make significant changes that affect your rights, we will notify you via email.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from or related to these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

• Disputes are not subject to mandatory arbitration unless otherwise required by law.
• You retain the right to resolve disputes through the courts in accordance with Section 12 above.
